What to Put On
While it may appear that you must dress up in luxury yoga attire before attending a class, this could not be farther from the truth. Wear what you currently have and make things as essential as possible for your first few courses. Here are some pointers:
Yoga is most commonly practiced barefoot. Occasionally, you’ll see someone wearing a sock or shoe, although this is usually owing to an accident or medical condition.
